Job Description: We are looking for a well networked and respected sales leader in the IT consulting services industry who from day one can generate top line sales growth and build upon our practices current market share.  

He / She should be an IT Consulting services Sales person / Account manager with entrepreneurial skills to support our growing business requirements. The person must know the IT consulting staffing industry well.  Must have an Executive presence and be comfortable marketing to C and VP levels.

In this role, the Sales executive is responsible for generating revenue per internal financial targets by forming strategic partnerships with clients, identifying new client opportunities, participating in the development and execution of our strategic plan to bring new clients for our IT consulting services.   

We are looking for candidate who can work only for commission basis OR Minimum salary + high commission basis.

They can work on Fulltime OR Part time in our
Stamford,CT office. Works from home option also available 
 

Job Requirement:  

·         Competitive, energetic and motivated business development executive with proven record of sales experience in the IT Consulting and staffing business

·         Must have experience selling IT Consulting Services/Staffing Sales in the direct client marketplace and effectively sell staffing and solutions services to client accounts.

·         Must have proven track record with previous firm with multiple direct clients in the past year.

·         Bring new vendors and direct clients who need contract staffing services.

·         Hunter approach to Business Development and selling to new clients with a strong background in IT Contract Professional Services.

·         Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers with significant phone and meeting content.

·         Present business case for projects to IT-level executives and Hiring managers in order to achieve goals and exceed quota responsibility.

·         Must have knowledge in onsite/offshore staffing model and should coordinate with the offshore team for client delivery.

·         Network existing contacts as well as cold calling leads and Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants.

·         Knowledge in IT technology and different domain.

·         Marketing and developing company brand recognition through direct selling, networking, advertising, etc.  

Qualifications:  

·         Successful track record in the IT sales staffing/solutions industry.

·         Aggressive, results oriented professional with industry experience in technical staffing.

·         Must possess a strong sense of customer service and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·         Must have the ability to leverage current business relationships and build new ones.

·         Posses urgency to close business

·         Responsibility for day-to-day management of client accounts and ability to negotiate contracts and close the point of sale.

·         Willing to travel.
